As part of the restructure, an Investor Advisory Committee for the HRAC, nominated by investors, will be created.
Does anyone know when this will be done, and how and on what basis the Advisors will be selected?
I have a long time friend who spent his entire career in this field. He founded a highly respected quantity surveying firm in Toronto that did QS as well as project management and other construction-related activity. He’s also often been an expert witness in litigation of construction disputes.
If these are useful skills, he’d be perfect. I would consider reaching out to him.

Does anyone know when this will be done, and how and on what basis the Advisors will be selected? Good question, rationalinvestor , the nomination process for Investor Advisory Committee is described on page 5 of the Information Circular.pdf: " If you have an interest in serving on the Investor Advisory Committee (initial 3 year term) or to nominate someone (with verification they will accept) please send your notice of interest or nomination to the same address as the proxy. The list will be made available at the meeting, and if the Arrangement is to proceed an electronic mail in vote will follow for the Investor Advisory Committee members. Three persons are being sought to sit on this Investor Advisory Committee. It is an unpaid position but reasonable expenses will be covered." Not sure if the nominee must be an Investor.
